Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with crushed ice.
  2. Add the orange juice, coconut cream and pineapple juice.
  3. Shake briefly, then pour the whole thing, ice included, into a large rocks glass.
  4. Add more crushed ice and top with the chilled tonic water.
  5. Garnish with pineapple fronds and nutmeg.
