Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass and fill it with ice.
  2. Add the dark rum, orange juice, pineapple juice and coconut cream to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well until cold and the coconut cream is blended in.
  4. Strain into the ice-filled highball glass.
  5. Grate a pinch of nutmeg over the top if using.
