Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Pineapple Juice, Orange Juice, Coconut Cream and Pusser's Rum.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is icy cold.
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the glass.
  5. Grate a little Freshly Grated Nutmeg over the top.
  6. Serve at once with a straw.
