Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the orange juice, daiquiri bitters, dark rum, flavored rum, pineapple juice, lime juice and coconut cream to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until cold and well mixed.
  4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  5. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
