A long tiki drink of gin and two rums with lime, honey and passion fruit syrup, lengthened with club soda over crushed ice. Angostura and Velvet Falernum add a spiced edge; made by "Ian", inspired by Ray Buhen.

Mistaken Ray is Ian's attempt to work out the recipe for Ray's Mistake, the drink from Ray Buhen's Tiki Ti in Los Angeles, whose formula has long been kept secret. Since the result is unlikely to match the original, the creator gave it a name of its own.
