Instructions

  1. Lightly muddle the mint in the bottom of a shaker, just enough to bruise it.
  2. Add the lime juice, simple syrup, lemon juice and vodka, then fill with ice.
  3. Shake and fine strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  4. Top with club soda and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve with straws.
