Instructions

  1. Put the white rum, triple sec, pineapple juice, lemon juice and simple syrup in a blender.
  2. Add a scoop of crushed ice, about 6 oz (roughly 180 ml).
  3. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  4. Pour into a highball glass and add straws.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
