Instructions

  1. Put the mint sprig in the shaker and tear it apart by hand to release its aroma.
  2. Add the gin and let it stand for a minute or two so the mint can infuse.
  3. Add the grapefruit juice, lime juice and simple syrup.
  4. Add ice and stir hard, but stop before the drink becomes too diluted.
  5. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve very cold.
