Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add Mezcal, Red Bitter Liqueur, Triple Sec, Pink Grapefruit Juice and Saline Solution 4:1 to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well until cold.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit zest twist.
