A tart, fruity sour built on equal parts cognac, sloe gin, apricot liqueur and lemon juice. The sloe and apricot bring dark berry and stone-fruit sweetness, the lemon keeps it bright, and a few drops of orange flower water add a faint floral note.

Instructions
