Gin and mezcal stirred with sweet vermouth, dry sherry and a little simple syrup, finished with grapefruit peel. Smoky and dry, with just a touch of sweetness. Created by Bo Kopynec in 2015.

Bo Kopynec created Brown Cat in 2015 for the drink menu at the wedding of the creator's daughter. The aim was a drink similar to the Black Cat, but made with only one type of gin.
