Andrew Zakim devised the drink in 2021 to use up some leftover Cocchi Americano, taking Dale DeGroff's Bijou as the starting point. Yellow Chartreuse stands in for green and Cocchi replaces the red vermouth, with extra gin and Cocchi added for better balance.
