Delores del Rio

Stir Cognac, Mezcal, Kahlúa, BéNéDictine with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

On New Year's Day, inspiration struck while pondering the Streets of Gettysburg's coffee-Benedictine mix and the 1910 Cocktail's Cognac-mezcal blend. I christened this concoction the Delores del Rio, honoring Mexican actress Dolores del Río who learned from French nuns in Mexico City, mirroring the cocktail’s dual-spirit essence.
