Tequila blanco with a touch of mezcal, lime and agave, filled out by Gran Classico, blackberry and Crème Yvette. Habanero shrub adds heat to a smoky, tart and slightly bitter drink. Created by Stew Ellington.

The name refers to a remark by Stew Ellington's young son, who once declared "clock water" and smoke to be the top two foods.
