Gin shaken with heavy whipping cream and a little sugar into a smooth, softly sweet coupe drink, with a few drops of Bittercube adding bitterness. Created by Jason Westplate in 2014.

Jason Westplate developed the 5 O'Clock Tea in 2014 after a trip to Munnar, India, from which the creator came home with fresh masala and chai spices to infuse. The black tea and spices initially gave the infusion a sharp edge, which a stronger base spirit helped to balance.
