I've had fun serving clarified White Russians and Pina Coladas using milk clarification in different bar setups. The Wild-Arbor stands out because it achieves that creamy, chocolate flavor without the dairy step. It’s not vegan due to honey being the sweetener, just like in Benedictine. This version is convenient for both immediate preparation and batch mixing ahead of time.
