Instructions

  1. Prepare rhubarb syrup if not already made.
  2. Ensure your cava is well chilled.
  3. Choose a glass, ideally a flute, champagne, or large wine glass.
  4. Pack it halfway up with ice cubes or crushed ice.
  5. Pour in the rhubarb syrup.
  6. Fill the rest of the glass with Cava.
  7. Decorate with a whole or sliced strawberry on the rim or inside the drink.
