- Make the rhubarb syrup beforehand if you don't have any.
- Chill the Cava well.
- Fill a flute halfway with ice cubes or crushed ice.
- Pour in the rhubarb syrup.
- Top up with Cava.
- Garnish with a strawberry, whole or sliced, on the rim or in the glass.
