Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the dry vermouth, Bigallet Thym, gin and Suze to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir until cold and properly diluted.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Twist a lemon zest over the drink and discard it, then set a thyme sprig on a floating dehydrated lemon wheel.
