Instructions

  1. Combine the orgeat, lemon juice, dark rum, Bénédictine and orange bitters in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain the drink back into the shaker, so the ice is left behind.
  4. Pour into a coupe.
  5. Flame an orange zest twist over the drink and discard it, then dust a little ground cinnamon over the surface.
