Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Cut the watermelon into 16 wedges.
  3. Dice one wedge and muddle it in the bottom of the shaker.
  4. Add the vodka and the simple syrup, then fill the shaker with ice.
  5. Shake until cold and fine strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Set a watermelon wedge on the rim.
