- Chill a coupe glass.
- Muddle the blackberries in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add the vodka, simple syrup and Angostura bitters.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard.
- Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe so no seeds or pulp follow.
- Garnish with a blackberry on a cocktail pick.
