- Chill a cocktail glass.
- Add the cherry juice, vodka and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
- Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
- Twist a strip of lemon zest over the drink to release its oils, then discard it. Garnish with a fresh cherry or a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
