Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the Passoã, lime juice, mango syrup, peach syrup, white rum and egg white to a shaker with ice and shake.
  3. Strain the liquid back into the shaker and discard the ice.
  4. Shake again without ice until the egg white foams.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with a hollowed-out half passion fruit shell and peach and mango balls.
