Instructions

  1. Pour the cane sugar syrup, orange bitters, gin, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, egg white and lemon juice into a shaker.
  2. Shake hard without ice to build the foam.
  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a cucumber peel.
