Instructions

  1. Add the apricot brandy, lemon juice, gin and Mentzendorff Kümmel Liqueur to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard until cold.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top with dry cider and give it a short stir.
  5. Squeeze a lemon zest twist over the drink and discard it, then garnish with an apricot wedge or half a dried apricot.
