Instructions

  1. Add white rum, dark rum, orange juice, pineapple juice and grenadine to a blender together with crushed ice.
  2. Blend until thick and frosty.
  3. Pour the mixture into a highball glass.
  4. Grate a little cinnamon stick over the surface.
  5. Pour the 151 proof rum slowly into the middle so it forms a small pool on top.
  6. Set the rum alight with care, and never leave the flame unattended.
  7. Garnish with orange peel, maraschino cherry and the cinnamon stick, and serve with long straws.
