Angelika Robé and Thomas Philipp of Linz, Austria, created the Styrian Volcano (Steirischer Vulkan) in 2025 as a tribute to the food of Styria, often called Austria's green heart. Horseradish, scarlet runner beans, pumpkin seed oil and apple, all typical of the region, go into the drink.
