Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the tequila reposado, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, vanilla syrup, passion fruit puree and egg white to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Serve with the verdita on the side.
