Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the cream and soda water in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Agitate with two ice cubes until the mixture is almost fully dissolved, which should take about one minute.
  3. Open the shaker, toss in some cracked ice along with the cream, then shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. Pour this mixture into a Fizz or Collins glass without any ice.
  5. Gently top off with 2 ounces of soda water and serve immediately.
