- Combine all ingredients except the cream and soda water in a cocktail shaker.
- Agitate with two ice cubes until the mixture is almost fully dissolved, which should take about one minute.
- Open the shaker, toss in some cracked ice along with the cream, then shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Pour this mixture into a Fizz or Collins glass without any ice.
- Gently top off with 2 ounces of soda water and serve immediately.
