Instructions

  1. Put everything except the garnish in a blender, without ice and with the herb stalks left on. Chopping first is unnecessary if the blender is powerful.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fine strain into a container that you can pour from.
  4. Keep it refrigerated and use within 3 days.
  5. Shake the container before serving and pour into shot glasses.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil, salt and a mint sprig.
