Instructions

  1. Shake the egg white with the Lemon Juice, without ice, until it turns frothy.
  2. In a second shaker, muddle the fresh berries; local strawberries or blackberries work best.
  3. Add the Vodka and orgeat to the berries, then pour in the egg white mixture and a scoop of ice.
  4. Shake gently until everything is well combined.
  5. Pour the whole drink, ice included, into a highball glass.
  6. Garnish with a strawberry and a mint sprig on the rim, and add a drop or two of vanilla extract if you like.
