A shaken Jamaican rum sour with lime, a little pineapple juice and hibiscus syrup, softened by egg white into a silky texture. Tart and fruity, from Maria Loca in Paris in 2019.

Maria Loca created the Unusual Safari Pour in Paris in 2019 after a guest asked for something sophisticated. The foam is the central feature of the drink.
