Instructions

  1. Combine cognac, pear syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir well to chill.
  3. Pour the mixture over a big piece of ice in an chilled old fashioned glass.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  5. Finish with a pear fan garnish.
