Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the absinthe, Angostura bitters, gin, dry vermouth and maraschino liqueur to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist a piece of lemon zest over the drink to release its oils, then discard it. Garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
