Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the lemon juice, gin, pineapple juice and Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne Liqueur to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Grind fresh black pepper over the top.
