Instructions

  1. Add the dark rum, dry sherry, orgeat, coconut cream and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard until the shaker is well chilled.
  3. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice and strain the drink over it.
  4. Dash Peychaud bitters over the top to colour the ice crown.
  5. Add a Luxardo Maraschino cherry and serve with a straw.
