Instructions

  1. Add the egg white, peach liqueur, lemon juice, sockerlag and apple brandy to a shaker with ice and shake hard.
  2. Strain the drink back into the empty shaker and discard the ice.
  3. Shake again without ice to build a dense foam.
  4. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  5. Fine strain into the glass while pouring in the club soda at the same time.
  6. Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice or a fresh peach on the rim.
