Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add the fresh mint leaves, lime juice and sugar syrup 'Rich' to a shaker and gently muddle the mint.
  3. Add the cranberry juice, Angostura bitters and plenty of ice.
  4. Shake well until the shaker is cold.
  5. Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
