- Add the Cognac, Scotch, Cherry Heering, Carpano Punt e Mes, Cinnamon Syrup and Rosemary Sprig to a mixing tin with ice.
- Throw the drink by pouring it back and forth between two tins until it is cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, ideally over one large chunk of ice.
- Garnish with a lemon zest twist and a rosemary sprig, and add a smouldering cinnamon stick.
