Citrusy gins such as Beefeater 24, New Amsterdam also good with this.
Homemade using demarara & cider vinegar.
1 splash
Or cava, should be dry, fill flute.

Instructions

  1. Mix gin, Lillet Blanc, and cranberry shrub in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a flute.
  4. Top off with dry Prosecco or Cava.
