Instructions

  1. Scrape the flesh from 1–2 apples into a mixing vessel.
  2. Add a cinnamon stick, ginger and a piece of lemon.
  3. Pour the honey syrup, gin, Santa Fe Apple Brandy and Irish whiskey over the apple mixture.
  4. Let it infuse for a few hours.
  5. Strain through a fine sieve into a rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with lemon zests.
