Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Add the Highland scotch, aromatized wine, Drambuie, Ramazzotti and Angostura bitters to a mixing glass.
  3. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Squeeze the orange peel over the drink so the oils mist across the surface, then drop it in as garnish.
