Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Scotch, sweet vermouth and Cherry Heering Liqueur, followed by the orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup and Angostura bitters.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is frosty.
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa Soda.
  6. Garnish with the dehydrated orange wheel and a little grated nutmeg.
