Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with fresh crushed ice and set it aside.
  2. Shake the cream, white rum, coconut cream, vodka and pineapple juice with crushed ice.
  3. Strain into the glass over the crushed ice.
  4. Pour the blue curaçao carefully over the top so it floats.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
