- Chill the wine and the club soda ahead of time.
- Put five ice cubes in each flute, or half fill it with crushed ice.
- Cut a lemon into four wedges, add pieces to the glasses and keep two aside for garnish.
- Pour the syrensaft and orange bitter into the glasses.
- Stir in the fruity white wine.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with the lemon twists and a reserved lemon wedge, add a straw and stir gently.
