Instructions

  1. Combine everything except the Pedro Ximenez sherry with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain this mixture over crushed ice in a double rocks glass or Tiki mug.
  3. Float the sherry on top of the cocktail.
  4. Garnish and serve.
