Ingredients: 1 Egg White; 23 ml Simple Syrup; 2 dash Orange Bitters; 30 ml AñEjo Rum; 11 ml Lime Juice; 11 ml Lemon Juice; 30 ml Tequila Blanco

A shaken sour in a coupe, with blanco tequila and añejo rum, lime and lemon juice, simple syrup and two dashes of orange bitters. The egg white gives it a silky texture; it is by Sam Ross.
