Instructions

  1. Salt the rim of a footed pilsner glass.
  2. Crush the cherry tomatoes in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the bourbon, Campari, lemon juice and rich simple syrup together with ice, then shake hard.
  4. Double-strain into the glass so no tomato pulp or seeds get through.
  5. Add fresh ice, then top with cold beer.
  6. Garnish with a cherry tomato.
