Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add the Mezcal, Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice, Oude Genever and Mint Sprig to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Fine strain into the glass over the crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
