Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Pour the Scotch, Bénédictine, Byrrh Grand Quinquina and Angostura bitters into a mixing glass.
  3. Smoke the drink with applewood smoke.
  4. Add ice and stir until well chilled.
  5. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
